Supreme Dalek: Time War era

The sheer scale of the Time War necessitated the deployment not simply of one singular Dalek Supreme but of a whole caste of supreme command level Daleks. These units became infamous among the opposing side's ranks, their reputation for tactical brilliance and cruelty making them rightly feared.

This is both a homage to the Doctor Who toy line and a representation of Dalek X from 'Prisoner of the Daleks'.

Incidentally, while that book is set before the Time War, it features Time War Daleks, which doesn't quite fit with the way I've been handling the different Dalek types for this project. However, given the trans-temporal nature of the conflict, it's possible that Dalek history got rewritten so that the advanced casings of the Time War Daleks were used earlier and earlier in their time-line. So the pre-War Dalek X ended up with a War-era casing. QED.

Well, I like the idea anyway, and it's as good an over-complicated explanation as anything.
